Dear Students,
The application period for the make-up exams for students who were unable to attend the mid-term exams in the Spring semester is between April 20, 2023, and April 30, 2023.
Students who wish to take the make-up exams due to valid excuses are required to fill out the application form provided below using their student email addresses within the mentioned dates.
*The Make-up Exams will be conducted IN PERSON between May 15 and May 18, 2023.

REGARDING STUDENTS WITH HEALTH REPORTS
Students who have health reports related to exam excuses need to pay attention to the following:
1- Only health reports with a STAMP and SIGNATURE from SGK-affiliated institutions are considered valid.
2- Reports obtained from institutions abroad will be evaluated if translated and approved by a sworn translator.
3- Reports obtained from non-SGK-affiliated institutions (private clinics, dental clinics, etc.) or reports without a STAMP / SEAL will not be considered valid.
4- Hourly reports are not accepted. Reports covering at least 1 day under the scope of the 1st item will be evaluated.
5- During the period covered by the report, students should not attend any exams. Whether they have attended some exams during the covered period or not, the report will not be considered valid for other exams.
REGARDING STUDENTS WITH TECHNICAL ISSUES
Students who apply for a make-up exam due to technical issues during the exam need to upload evidence (such as screenshots or recordings) that show the system-related issues they encountered during the exam (showing the name of the course the exam belongs to). Additionally, information will be obtained from the IT Directorate to confirm if the exam was indeed interrupted due to technical issues. Make-up exams will be conducted IN PERSON. Even if the grades for the online exams have been announced, students who apply with valid excuses and have their excuses accepted will be allowed to take the in-person make-up exams, and the grades for the ONLINE EXAMS WILL BE CANCELED. Excuses will not be accepted for students who did not start the online exams for any reason (lack of internet connection, power outage, confusion about the exam time, etc.). Make-up exam applications will not be considered for students who encountered technical issues after progressing through a significant portion of the online exam.
REGARDING STUDENTS WITH CONFLICTING EXAMS
Students with conflicting exam schedules between the courses taken from previous semesters and the courses taken in the current semester need to upload their transcript documents showing the conflicting exams to the application form.
